Service users H&S obligations

Service users are required to notify their support worker of any H&S issues such as broken or faulty equipment and any repairs needing addressed.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms must be tested weekly by service users – a 3 monthly check will be completed by your support worker.

Any documentation received from contractors such as for repairs and gas safety checks must be retained and given to your support worker.

Your accommodation must be kept clean and tidy, and all escape routes kept clear incase of fire. Fire doors should be kept closed at all times.
