Most people stay with us until they have secured a new permanent residence.
All units are fully furnished with bed linens and kitchenware provided and have Wi-Fi available. All with gas heating and electric ovens.
Service users are responsible for their own gas and electric. We do not provide TVs – service users are responsible to ensure they have a TV license if bringing their own TV.
The rent for all our properties is under £50 per week and is fully covered by Housing Benefit if you are eligible. Direct payments to LCCC can also be made if you do not qualify for Housing Benefit.
